Im thinking to add my website to google crawl and add some but
how to approach meta tag at 100%?
and what else i can do for increase the traffic?

Meta tags are useful for seo purposes. I suggest you do keyword research, choose a keyword which doesn’t get too much/low traffic and focus the meta tags on your chosen keyword.
You need to build backlinks to increase traffic.

Our websites ranking is different on the different computers at work in Google, we don’t know why. On some computers its number 2 while on others it’s number 27?
Basically we just search Google for our site using the same keywords, The ranking I’m talking about is the number that it appears on the list of search results, the page rank for our site seems to remain the same for everyone on their google toolbars but the listing in the search results seems to fluctuate and fall on different machines differently.

If you mean Google PR it can’t be higher then 10. How you check you site rank?
