not to sound like a jackass but…post better blogs! other than that look into minor adverising like idk…at ur school/work place. simply flyers or hell if you got the time make a internet ad.

I sell used motorcylces…i want to advertise my business on myspace, i have a page made and i want to now get viewers. I realize a way to get one group who will be greatly targeted will be being a member on the local fire departments, cops, local track, bmx tracks, skateboarders, and from each site also become friends with a popular person(with alot of friends)involved in the sport…Are there groups or something, what is a smart way to approach this situation, im new to myspace but good with computers—ALSO where else can i link my myspace page, can i link up with other websites to link me is that even effective. These are motorcycles so it must be in a a 50 mile radius otherwise it becomes too far to pick up item.

Just make friends with others that like bikes to join your group. Social marketing takes time and you have to build it one by one really. But if i would you, i’d start a facebook group too because myspace is shrinking while facebook is growing.

Say my Myspace is www.myspace.com/abc123.

Now I just bought the domain www.abc123.com, with the intention of having that domain automatically redirect all traffic to the Myspace page, at least temporarily. Do I need to purchase a hosting plan to house a website with instructions to redirect, or is there a cheap/free alternative that is applicable?

you do need a hosting plan. on your hosting site you will be able to edit the domain forwarding to any .com page
