How deep Google crawlers can go in my website?

Question by thee icon biggrin How deep Google crawlers can go in my website? : How deep Google crawlers can go in my website?
I have a blog and a newly created website, and I’m planning to place a few affiliate ads on the website. My blog has a lot of traffic, and I have created a link to my website on my blog. I have heard that placing affiliate links can affect the page rankings. I do not want to lose the unique traffic I’m getting for my blog. If I add affiliate links to the website, will it affect my blog too?

How can I make a google adsence account?

Question by babu c: How can I make a google adsence account?
How can i start a google AdSense account, i want to earn some money?

Answer by imisidro
their advertising network Adwords. It has been around since June 2003 and Adsense has allowed many website owners to earn from their sites. I highly recommend going through the Adsense Quick Tour to learn more about the program http://www.google.com/services/adsense_tour/index.html

HOW DOES IT WORK

You apply and once you get approved, you can put in the Adsense code in your site. Here are the instructions on how to add Adsense codes on your site https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=10192&topic=8434

You earn through various ways:

1. Pay per click – this is the common way to earn which is you earn every time a visitor clicks on your ads
2. Pay per impression – an advertiser can specifically target your site and show ads where you earn via cost per 1,000 impression (e.g. you earn every time someone sees your ad, even though they don’t click on it)
3. Adsense for feeds
4. Adsense for mobile
5. Adsense for search

WHAT PERSONAL INFO DO I HAVE TO GIVE?

In the application form https://www.google.com/adsense/g-app-single-1 you will give

- your name
- your address
- if your country qualifies for electronic fund transfer and you wish to be paid by EFT, your bank details
- your SSN or tax account number if you are in the US as Google reports Adsense income to the IRS

IS IT WORTH IT AND HOW MUCH MONEY PER MONTH DOES IT BRING IN?

Some sites do very well with Adsense (even in the millions of dollars a year) while many more sites do extremely poorly with the program (can’t even earn $ 10 a month). One of the misconception people have about Adsense is they simply slap it in their websites and it will automatically earn them big money — which is not true as evidenced by the many disgruntled webmasters

Your income will depend on:

- the topic of your site (if you have high paying keywords you stand to earn more)
- responsiveness of users to ad (are visitors coming to your site with blinders in their eye or do they look at the ads as additional complementary resource)
- traffic (you earn more with more traffic, even if you have low paying keywords or other metrics)
- how you implement the ads on your site (some positions and colors work better than others)

How to submit URL in Google – not only main page of website but also all other website pages?

Question by Dr. DOLY: How to submit URL in Google – not only main page of website but also all other website pages?
Would it help to increase the traffic?

Best answer:

Answer by Cat 9
If you submit your site to google (www.yoursite.com), then google sends one of its robots to browse your whole site (not only the main page), indexing the contents, then after some weeks your site & contents will show in Google, and start to be browsed regularly for updates.

A tip: Be sure all the web pages you want to appear in Google can be reached by clicking links starting from your homepage.

Google features several ways to improve your ranking like adwords ($ ), but also honors the uniqueness of your content & how popular your site is. Blog about your site, do some link exchange, go local.

There’s no precise answer, because your earnings will depend on a number of factors. Those can be found here: http://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=9902

How difficult is it to pass the google adsense payment threshold of $100 and how hard is it to really profit?

Question by Robert: How difficult is it to pass the google adsense payment threshold of 0 and how hard is it to really profit?
I have started writing online articles on a number of different sites that allow me to affiliate with google adsense, which puts ads on my articles. I was wondering if I write good articles, could I make decent pocket money off this or is this a waste of time? Is anyone doing this and making off with profit?

Best answer:

Answer by mike H
yes you can make good money, very good money from Google Adsense – if you setup your ads right in terms of placement you should be able to get a 10% click through rate, apart from this its simply down to logistics, for example

if you get 500 visitors a day and your average is 30 cents per click @ 10% click through you would earn approx $ 450 dollars per month, so if you get 5000 visitors per day could equal around $ 4500 per month.

just keep writing pages, get your links, add/learn about SEO and the amounts will increase every month.

just keep focused and you can’t fail

Search engines can be hard to interpret most of the time. Well… in fact they can be easy depending on the question asked. In this case Google is believed to use highly advanced searching algorithm’s (which decide on which website is placed where on a search engine). Now, understanding these algorithm’s can lead to a successful website.

Explanation: Behind the walls of search engines is a bunch of code and algorithms which may not interest you so I will not mention too much about them.

Simple Explanation: In basic terms the search engine will display results by:
1. relevance – of the key word or words
2. popularity – if your website has high traffic also known as people visiting your website, your website will likely show first.
3. information included on your website – the more information that is in Google’s cahe of your website makes it result in the top results (there are exceptions). In this case, many web designers notice that when your page gets firstly added to Google your website will appear on top or in the first results but as Google continue’s to monitor your website, your website will likely move down the list.
4. Remember that there are many more rules and exceptions to all of the rules.

Your answer: No Google does not rank depending on capitals, although there are as mentioned exceptions.

If your question is not answer please provide additional information.
-I hope this helps
