Question by : What is the best software for measuring incoming and outgoing internet traffic to my PC (*EXCLUDING* LAN)?
In Technion, we are being charged for the incoming+outgoing traffic per month.
I need a friendly software to show me in real-time this information.

However, our charge does not include internal organizational (LAN) incoming + outgoing traffic so I need to filter it out.
