Traffic Driver Systems How can they give away so much free traffic and is there a catch?

I dont know about free traffic, but this is what they say on their terms and conditions.
” Payment
Advertiser shall pay Aleadz.com the amount set forth in the contract at the beginning of each month’s billing cycle, through Advertiser’s credit card, direct debit or other mutually agreed payment mechanism, during the term of this Contract. Unless another payment mechanism is mutually agreed upon by the parties, Advertiser hereby authorizes Aleadz.com to charge the Advertiser credit card account provided in this Contract for the monthly payment amount and other charges incurred by Advertiser. All amounts are payable in US Dollars, and Advertiser will be responsible for payment of any currency exchange or conversion fees assessed by a payment processor. Aleadz.com reserves the right to charge interest on amounts remaining unpaid after the applicable due date at the rate of one and one half percent (1.5%) per month (or the highest rate permitted by law, if less).”
